Proposed New Building 2 Foreword The Russell County Technical Center seeks to provide quality education for youth and adults who are bound for employment that is personally satisfying and financially rewarding. We support the idea that liberal education and vocational education are both essential and compatible aspects of the task of preparing individuals for living and for earning a living. Today, no education is terminal. Formal education is simply a prelude to opportunities in a selected field or occupation in which learning truly becomes “A continuous process.” 3 Dedication For your knowledge, for your understanding, for your willingness to help, for your honesty, for your guidance, for your enthuastic leadership, for your dependability, for your challenging life, for your sincerity, for your interest, for your patience, we thank you, and dedicate the ’69 RUSSELLETTE to you, our principal, Mr. David C.
