There's a big party afterwards. —Gosh don't you trust me? —It's the first basketball game and everyone is going to be there. —You wouldn't make me get up and leave the party at 1:00 a.m. would you? I would be so embarrassed! —Don't you remember your SENIOR YEAR? —I'm almost 18, I'm not a kid anymore. —It's not like I ask every weekend. —I don't even get off work until 10:30. Keating the Clock —We had a flat tire. —But I swear I thought the tank was full. —All we were doing was talking and I guess I just lost track of time. —I couldn't leave the party at 1:00 a.m. It was just starting to jam. —Six people asked me for a ride home and I just couldn't say no. —I would have called but I couldn't find 20c anywhere. —Man you should have seen this wreck.
