The greatest experiment in history is that which asks the question Can a form of govern- ment which bases its policies on the will of a voting public survive? Our great country is involved in this ex- periment. Its existence and perpetuation depend upon the wisdom, understanding and participation of informed citizens. As your superintendent, I trust that to the education you have received in your public schools you will add prayer and meditation which alone can give you the wisdom and spiritual in- sight which is needed so badly in our country today. May God bless you in all your efforts toward good. Sincerely, Dr. Carl E. Wagner Administration The success of Ruskin High School can only be determined by evaluating its graduates. Your success depends upon the wise use made of your abilities, time, and energy while at Ruskin. It is up to each one of you to do your best so as to improve yourself and your school. It is our hope that you will leave a record at Ruskin that will do justice to yourself and to the school. May you look back upon your days at Ruskin with a great sense of pride and satis- faction. Sincerely yours,
