0 I At our first class meeting, we chose the following officers: President. Ron- ald O'Kane: Vice-President, Maureen Edgell: Secretary, Lawrence DeWitt: Treasurer, Joan Maupin. The class held regular meetings the last Friday of each mon,th. Light refreshments were served at the close of each meeting. The seventh grade were our guests for a Halloween Treasure Hunt in Oc- tober. We were their guests for a Valentine Party in February. For Christmas we made leather bigllfolds, coin purses and belts and painted figurines for gifts. A Christmas party finished up our social activities for the ear. The boys of our class took part in the Junior High hasketball team and played several games during the season. The year was ended with our Promotion Exercises in May and the last day of schooil. a class party and picnic.
