Light refreshments were served at the close of each meeting. The seventh grade were our guests for a Halloween Treasure Hunt in Oc- tober. We were their guests for a Valentine Party in February. For Christmas we made leather bigllfolds, coin purses and belts and painted figurines for gifts. A Christmas party finished up our social activities for the ear. The boys of our class took part in the Junior High hasketball team and played several games during the season. The year was ended with our Promotion Exercises in May and the last day of schooil. a class party and picnic. Sixty-five bands participated at Band Day this year and from this number eleven bands were given superior ratings. Rushville being one of the eleven.
