Lehman FUTURE FARHERS ,OF AMERICA The first meeting of the year was held for the purpose of electing officers and the following were chosen: President, Ralph Dykes, Vice- President, Lloyd Barthg Treasurer, Paul Larson, Secretary, Duane Lockmong Sentinel, Charles Merrill. Our Chapter took part in the District Eight Contest at Crawford and took third place in the Parliamentary Procedure Contest. The officers also attended a District Eight meeting at Alliance. We had various projects for raising money this year, one of them being the selling of hot dogs, candy, gum, and pop at the games. We also mixed mineral and protein supplement to sell and made a hotbed in order to sell started plants for gardens. we honored our Dads on March 28 at a Father and Son Banquet held at the Legion Club. Following the banquet there was a dance for all the school, and the crowning of the F. F. A. Prince and F. F. A. Sweetheart, who were Ralph Dykes and June Stabler.

JUNIOR CLASS PLAY The Junior Class presented ME AND MY SHADOW, a three-act comedy on December 5. It was under the direction of the class sponsors, Mrs. Huff and Mr. Hill. A capacity crowd enjoyed this well-acted performance given by the R. H. S. thespians. CAST OF CHARACTERS Roy Harrington, a young attorney--Floyd Lincoln, Arleen Harrington, his wife--Joan Lehman, Mrs. King, Roy's mother-in-law--Marilyn Edgellg Susan Fisher, the Harrington maid-Sandra Stava, Bruce Douglas, a breezy young doctor-Elayne Beguin, Georgia Butler, a curious neighbor- Darlene Giddings, nShadow,n a mysterious Hindu girl-Joyce Bolekg Hickson, the county sheriff-Robert Higgs, Sabu, an East Indian mystic- Jess Morrison. ' Stage Manager--Duane Lockmon, Prompter--Daisey Reed, Assistant Prompter Eleonora Rasmussen, Properties-Jess Morrison and Robert Higgs, Posters and Tickets-Margaret Reeves and Paula Kleve. Music between acts presented by Miss Joan Lehman.
