Senior Annie Miller was ned queen at the Welkome -e dance following the game. eigned during the festivities her court: Susan Washmuth and n Gray as senior candidates for 12 Rita Norris, representing the -r classy Nanette Sednek, chosen -e sophomore class, and Danna an, on the court representing fshmen. ll started on a clear and cool day evening. Play-offs for the Iuled events, powderpuff, tug of and mini games, took place. wards, a parade to the court house lawn and a pep rally sparked the enthusiasm of the students for homecoming. Finals for the events had to be res- cheduled because ofthe weather that hovered over Rushville. The sen- iors displayed spirit by participating in every final event. The Freshman girls showed spirit as they pulled together to win the finals of the tug of war competition. lunior girls were victorious in the powder- puff finals as they proved spirit for the class of 77 by winning for the sec- ond consecutive year. Seniors won the new mini games by defeating the freshmen and the senior guys trimphed in the tug of war contest over the juniors. That was Homecom- ing '75. D. Beth Gaunt, a valuable player to the junior powderpuff squad, carries the football for a touchdown. E. The junior mini-game team urges Karen Randell to get around the obstacles. F. By taking some tension out on a locker Coach Leisure can now sit and relax after the Homecoming vic- tory the lions earned. G.
