Also, the game at Caledonia which the Trojans won 32-28. It was a fun year! I didn’t think 1 would see the day when we threw as much as we ran. (974 yds. rushing, 825 yds. passing). So we are looking at even more passing for next year. We needed more defense, we were outscored in the first half by 30 points. We outscored our opponents by only 22 points in the second half. “Life is a game of football, and we are the players.” Some are cheerleaders, some are coaches, and some are old grads slightly the worse for the wear in the stands. Some of us thump the people in front of us on the head in our excitement, some of us are the people who always get thumped. But the important thing to remember is — “Play the game of life fair!”
