They decided how many pages they wanted, in what order to place the pages, the layout of the pictures, and the size of each. Finally after all these steps had been taken, the photographer was notified to come and take the pictures. As you remember, Mr. Ellickson came in October and we devoted an entire day to taking pictures. He came later in the winter to take pictures of some winter sports and a few other organizations which were not taken in the fall. There really is much work involved in putting ait an annual and w$ the annual staff, hope that our 1959 annual is a good production. Hatiexi, CHORUS Our chorus has engaged in many activities this year. Our first performance was the Fall concert given during American Education Week. Next came the Christmas program with the chorus singing one selection. Now we are preparing for our Spring concert and for the yearly contest, and with our able advisor, Mrs. Puent, we are sure to do our best. The ooys and girls glee clubs will also be participating in the contest this spring. The soloists and different senior high singing groups will also have a contest this spring, and we wish them all luck. We have enjoyed singing all types and kinds of music from sacred songs to country and folk styles. The final performances for the school year are the baccalaureate and graduation exercises.
