Baseball team is short on age but long on determination This is probably the youngest team in the school's his- tory. However, the Plainsmen have some promising young talent returning for the '72 season. QAJ A main stay behind the plate and one of the team's most consistent hitters is Roger Beason. Art Club moves forward ln October the Art Club attended the Dulin Art Exhibit at Miller's in Knoxville. The Art Club is a newly formed club sponsored by the Art teacher, Mrs. Annette Loy. To be qualified for membership, students must be presently enrolled in an Art Class. The purpose of the Art Club is to increase knowledge and understanding of Art. The Art Club takes field trips and views art exhibits to further the knowledge and increase the interest of art. The Art Club is sponsoring the Rush Strong Arts and Crafts Festival in the Spring. QAJ Deloris Roderick and john Witt work eagerly at one of their favorite tasks in Art.
