STUDENT GOVERNMENT ASSOCIATION This association is the representative liody of the school. Under the guidance of Mr. Floyd DeNicola and Mr. Carney Petillo, it is the jolm of the homeroom delegates to promote pleasant student-faculty relation- ships, apportion money to various school organizations, and regulate the laws of our school. HISTORY HONOR SOCIETY This is a new activity which was initiated last year. Its members are junior and senior students who have managed to maintain high marks during their history classes. 84 Each year the Society takes a trip to see historical facts come alive. Their supervis- ers are lVIrs. Marilyn Maguire and Mr. Donald Trotter.

FN Q L ENGLISH CLUB The English Club which is open to junior and senior English students meets once a Week during actlv ities period. Under the supervision of lVlrs.Barbara Leonardis, the English Club helps prepare the students for College Board Exams. DEVELOPMENTAL READING This is another new activity which was initiated this year. It is mainly for those freshmen who wish to improve their reading speed and comprehension. The direc- tors are Mrs. Agnes Besly and Mrs. Catherine Stockham.
