Q X CLAS ' S N163 A nKnowledge comes, but wisdom lingersn Our first and fondest memories of childhood experiences carry us back to our first years of school which for most of us began in Septem ber 1958 As we advanced through grade school, we gained some of our best friends During this time some have moved away and new ones came Most important of all we acquired a knowledge which brought us at last to high school Those who have remained with us from first to last as pioneers of the class are Donna Bechtel, Mary Ellen F1shpaw,Dan hanvillezrd mary Rickett from Nova, Helen Lschtruth, Richard Peters and Virginia Bardy from Ruggles As Freshman we were properly 'nitiated and soon found our places as underclassmen It was during this year that we gained Jean Whltwell at Nova and Charles Hickey at Ruggles harion Roberts joined our ranks as a Sophomore Our Junior class plays, 'The Innor Willy presented at Nova, Hweet the Duchess presented at Ruggles, were proof of some of our highemhool accomplishments Our many high school parties are highlighted by.hnior Senior Banquet an occasion which we will long remember true indeed The foundations of Ruggles and Nova were shaken When the dust had settled we found the formation of a new school before us Seniors we felt this was going to be an unhappy ending to our school years But our wounds have healed through faith and tolerance and we have risen to be truly proud to be the first graduating classcfl ggles Troy High School Ne have finlshed our journey throu h the landcf acq kdng knowledge and reached a goal ln our lives where greater wisdom must be our guide Mary Ellen Fishpaw This page sponsored by TOPPING BROS , Ashland, Ohio BETTY LOU'S, Sullivan, Ohio X 1 ' n - ll ,. , . uWe know not what tomorrow will bring.H We found this maxim to be
