In memorg of Dianne Powell who entered into the larger life on October 4, 1957 We too often speak of death in whispered tones as though this aspect of life was something to fear. But, in reality the experience of death is a glorious thing for all of us when we enter into it. This is most true for Dianne, who in her lifetime literally fulfilled the Scriptures as she went about doing good-to her family, to her friends, to her loved ones. Wherever her smile appeared, it brought a measure of new light to some person and touched him with the joy and happiness of life. Even at her young age, her life has been rich and full and complete, for we live in deeds, not years, we live in thoughts, not breaths, we live in feelings, not in figures on a dial. He most lives who thinks most, feels the noblest, acts the best. We mourn Dianne's passing from our midst, but we rejoice in that she was a part of our lives, and in the knowledge that she has entered a larger life with her God. 20
