Latin classes are small but lively. Our mathematicians have calculated that there are l-lf2 boys for each girl! We may be too swamped in work for any extra activ- ities- except soccer, basketball, cheer- leading, special chorus, chess club, drama club and electronics club .... Class meetings are long labout 55 minutes usuallyl and lively, as we argue heated- ly and somewhat repetitiously over Student Association dues and Student Council policies. We're conscientious too - we've been thinking about our Junior Prom since last year. Just like everyone, we're forgetful about getting the milk,lnn3unlike everyone else, we've got a special problem - how to climb all 98 steps at least 4 times a day, and still have enough energy fand breathl to get through all our classes. Famous Last Words: We're looking forward to next year with the extra advantage of fewer stairs to climb.H fYearbook 1959-60, Freshman pagel But we'll missour sophomore eyrie' and the fun and work we had there this year.
