Head Varsity Foorboll coach for four years, Leo Drouhord and seven year Vorsiry Soccer cooch, Al Martinez were borh ocknowledged OS Coach of the Year by fellow Riverside Counry coaches. This rirle is one of rhe highesr honors a cooch con receive, bur nor rhe great- est reward according to Drouhord. I work just as hard whether we win or lose. I do it to put the kids in o positive situation, to present them with the opporrunity to succeed, and to encour- age them to fulfill their potential. An example of his work on and off the field is the fact that nine team members were granted scholarships totalling over 100,00 dollars. Thar, I am proud of, revealed Drouhord. Soccer coach, Al Martinez was thrilled to hove ended the season with two victories over Palm Springs. Ir ' s a first in 7 years and everyone got excited because they wanted it bad enough to go and get it! Martinez teoches government, history, world cultures, and low as well OS coaching soccer, softboll and from 75- 78 JV foorboll.
