Sreve begon crearing poerry while attending rhe 6th grade. He pondered over rhe poetry his sister was assigned to wrire for dosses in high school and mode his firsr attempt to disclose inner feelings in rhe some manner. That was a few years bock, but Steve ' s devotion has not been suppressed. He now writes often and thoughts continue traveling to the poper in a style all his own. Sophomores Work To Be Number One T I his meering is now colled ro order! Me- lonie Konouse announced or rhe beginning of one of rhe many class council nneerings over which she presided. Meering weekly during rhe school year, rhe sophonnore doss council worked hard wirh dererminorion ro moke rheir doss rhe besr ever. Screoming rheir hordesr, jumping up and down, and blowing loud horns payed off. Ar one poinr during rhe year rhe class of ' 84 wolked Qwoy wirh rhe highesr poinrs in rhe class cheering comperirion. This was jusr one of many ocriviries in which rhe sophomores were involved. I enjoy rhe pep rallies, rhey cheer my day up, srored Tonya Davis. Ar rhe homecoming gome rhey displayed rheir floor, derermined ro win. Alrhough rhey cheered loudly as rheir floor was onnounced, rhey did nor occomplish rheir goal.
