The Tollowing Seniors sTarTed Then: Mary- ellen ScoTT, Blanche Brand, Glenda BroThers, Mar- celene CoaTes, Rosalind Turner, Eugene McKinley, Adeline Lawhorn, Mary SmiTh, Donna Marie STude- baker, Mildred Morgan, Bob STaTTord, Harry Bul- lock, Wilbur Umberger, Vernon Dean, and Don Poland. Miss Bell was our second grade Teacher. AbouT all we can remember is The hall. ThaT is where we spenT mosT oT our Time. We didn'T like Miss Bell's punishmenT. Doris EdringTon and MarTha Jane Si- Terd came ThaT year. Miss LamberT was our Third grade Teacher. Dur- ing This year we presenTed an opereTTa along wiTh The TourTh, TiTTh, and sixTh grades. Erma WaTl-:ins and Alvena STinneTT enTered The class aT ThaT Time. Our TourTh grade Teacher was Miss STiTTler. We presenTed The play, Cinderella aT Thanksgiving Time. Janice WesTervelT, James Hann, and Fred Julius came during ThaT year. How well we can remember The year we enTered our new Building! Miss Richardson was our Teach- er. Helen Mclfinley, Harry Wilhelm, and Earl Tharp enTered The class. Mrs. Brinson had her hands Tull when we enTered The sixTh grade as our group had enlarged. As we enTered Junior High School we TelT ThaT we were really growing up. Our TirsT sponsor was Miss BurT. My, how diTTerenT everyThing was in ThaT assembly! Velma ShaTTer, Elaine NoTTingham, and AnneTTe NoTTingham came and Janice WesTer- velT came back. Our sponsor in The eigTh grade was Mr. ChaT- ham.
