Administration - Administration-Administratior As the world entered the 1960's Space Age, Royall students were contemplating a move to a new structure. With the country clam- oring for an increased knowledge of science and math and in keeping with the times RHS has continued to expand these and other pro- grams throughout the years. The 1970's saw an extended interest in special education as mandated by Public Law 94:142 and Wiscon- sin Statute Chapter 115. Three quality EEN programs have been developed and specially trained staff support and supplement the instruction. Royall has always been ahead of the times. In 1977, a secondary reading program was developed two years before it became a state law. Gifted and talented instruction has been a vital concern for a num- ber of years. The SAP program is another fine example of keeping abreast of the times. The 1980's has also witnessed the emergence of the E-K-W Board of Education: Back Row: J. Meckstroth, P. Cleaver, A. Houzner, N. Computer Era. What the 1990's will Anderson, Front Row: J. Madden, C. Brieske, P. Dutton, M. Dwyer, Absent: R.
