Mr. Manning, machine trades teacher, supervises a student as he uses one of the complicated machines available to boys interested in voca- tional work. Even though there are 78 members on the faculty at Miller, only seven teachers joined the teaching staff this year. With the other teachers, they strive to main- tain a high scholastic standard for Miller. While the new teachers in- struct their classes, they, too, learn Miller's' traditions from their willing students.
