Every- body was trying to talk all at once as we saw all our friends again and admired each others' sun tans. Pushing our way through the crowds, we tried to sign up with our favorite teachers. We reluctantly said good-by to summer, but we were glad to start again to school. that day and welcomed , back the student body. 3 ' 4 Eddie Valdez, Ray Vaselka, George Vassilakis, and Dennis White try to find out if they are to keep the big white card or turn it in. 'ff Xb Looks of expectancy and dread cross the faces of Sharon Jennings, Pat Weaver, Carolyn Cain, Ann Sears, and Sue Byrd as they await an onrush of students seeking enrollment cards. From the first time we step inside the doors as frightened sophomores until we leave as proud seniors, we love and respect our school, Roy Mil- ler. It has been a place of study, fun, joy. and heartache for every Miller student, and teachers as well. Miller will always mean a great deal to us. The pep rallies. . .six weeks' tests . . . report card days . . . the yellow balloons . . . scrambling to get in lunch line . . . the Favorite's dance . . . and graduation-this is all a part of our life at Roy Miller. The towers of our school are a symbol of victory to us. At night, after we have won a game, the towers are flooded with purple and gold lights. Our gym is one of the beauty spots of our campus. It is the scene of many pep rallies dances and basketball games W 9 Y' .lr 'irtfrse-s ....
