to Promote Student Even the halls were crowded as parents and teachers stopped to talk. Members of the Roy Miller Parent- Teacher Association began another full year on September 20th with a well- attended get-acquainted meeting. In carrying out the objectives of PTA Work, they plan to spotlight our schools. Sup- porting our teachers, linking the schools with life, and interpreting educational opportunities are part of the year's planned program. One of their success- ful meetings was held after all of the parents had attended a pep rally for the Miller-Ray game. Officers of the 1956-57 PTA are: Mrs. Holland Henderson, president, Mrs. A. C.
