STAGE BAND A NEW EXPERIENCE There's a new band in our school - The Stage Band. The purpose was to add more of a variety to our Music Depart- ment. During the year they performed at Roy Junior High, Sandridge, at stomps and dances. They also com- peted in competition. Stage Band is under the direction of Mr. Kendell Nielson. Mr. Kendell Nielsen started anew with the Royal Band. He has lead them through fall, winter and spring concerts. The band has also put on various other con- certs including exhibits of outstanding musical talent at Utah State University. Mr. Nielsen capably lead his troops through the year.
