Some of these things are personal nature and would he out of place here, but officially l will say that this year my experience is such that very few people are 'privileged to enjoy, that is of acting as your Superintendent for the twentieth consecutive year . This has been sufficient time that any faults the school might have should he charged up to my own in- efficiency, and by the same rule of judgement, l hope it is pardonahle pride that l share with you in the commendable features of our school and its development during these twenty years. lt has been a most pleasant experience and one which l cannot hope to duplicate elsewhere in my lifetime.
