U MISS HOLT is very efficient and very to-operative in mimeographing work for the school and she is head of one of the finest commercial departments in the state. MR. LEDFORD, with his Spanish accent, makes quite an impression with his knowledge of the many languages and is known as quite a wit. MR. MIMS, our new band director, has greatly improved our band. XY'e really appreciate his interest and hard work. MRS. NICHOLS, has made English and Latin meaningful with her open mind and pleasant personality. She has coached her public speaking pupils to the top honors of the state. MISS OBRIANT, as always, has been invaluable in the office and to the students, too. MR. SMITH is one of our new teachers and has done much for the jay- vees and the girls' basketball teams. Not only does he do all this. but he knows a lot of history. too. MR. SHUFORD's boys have done beautiful woodwork and they have also helped to keep the school furniture together. MRS. STEWART, with her all subject knowledge and pleasing personality, makes her science department interesting and entertaining. MRS. The services the Key Club has rendered this year, as in past years, have been out- standing in many respects. Co-operation in all school and community activities, as well as many projects of its own, are the objects of this fine organization. The Key Club is made up of the Key boys of the Sopohomore, junior, and Senior classes. The school year '52-'55 has been indeed a success with many outstanding accomplishments. For the first year in the history of the club, a thirty minute weekly radio program consisting of school news and the top tunes of the week as voted by the student body was presented. XVe are very proud of the group and the high honors they have brought to our school.
