72edicatio i The Rox Staff of 1960-1961 dedicates this yearbook to the new additions in the Junior and Senior High Schools. Long desired and planned for, these accommodations represent the rapid growth of the ever-sprouting Roxana school system and, also, constitute a stalward step toward the future. Included in these additions are 6138 square feet of formica-topped and chromium-plated cafeteria, 2376 square feet of sound-proofed band room, and 5478 square feet of much needed Assembly-Study Hall, not to mention the ,?umpteen-hundredM square feet of classrooms. The appreciation felt by students, faculty, and that indefinite but inevitable group known as Mthe up-and-coming overflow cannot, however, be expressed in square feet. And so, this yearbook is dedicated to the new additions, as the students and faculty of Roxana High are dedicated to those persons whose dreams and plans made these additions a reality.
