At the conclus1on of the season, each player who had been chosen by the Elk's Club was eligible for the Most Valuable Back and Most Valuable Lineman of the year awards from the Alton Area. Roxana was well repre- sented by Bob Stewart, Bob Janssen, Ray Mormino, and Bob Durham. Ray was the recipient of the Lineman of the Year award.
