Mrs. Martha Miller History, Government Her personal sense of dignity and warm smile are an inspira- tion to many of her students. HUMANITIES Are Voices Of The Past And Heralds Of The Future. He sounds the depths of both history and earth science to bring out the salient points of each and present them in a fascinating and dynamic way. To decline or not to decline, that is the question. Is history living or dead? These and other vital questions were formulated, debated, and generally hashed over until satisfactory answers were reached. The teachers did much more than teach, they infused a love of liter- ature and a strong sense of history in each student. They presented historic events, artistic trends, governments, and literary modes in such a way that students could apply their lessons to life. 1 1
