Helen Nebeker, as president, conducts not only the Student Council meetings, but directs the girls in their daily routine. RHO HOTA Students who have high scholastic averages as well as outstanding characteristics of leadership are eligible, in their junior or senior year, to play a part in the Rho Hota ensemble. This chapter of the National Honor Society is helping to establish a Rowland Hall scholarship fund. They are also instrumental in arranging assembly programs and in serving the best interests of the school symphony. 21
