It has prepared us to meet the challenges of the future with alert minds. It has provided us with a sense of our duties as citizens of a democracy and as citizens of the world. We shall not forget these things. But perhaps we shall remember best the many happy hours that we have spent at Rowland Hall, hours filled with the fine spirit of friendship that prevails at the school. To all those who have been responsible for our pleasant and profitable years there, we can say only, Thank you for having given us so much! Anne Carter, Senior Class President 8
