Excitement mounted as the gym was opened to reveal the wonder of old Japan .... Guests walked through the dragon's mouth into a world of floating paper, butterflies and tinkling wind chimes .... Dancing to the music of Ray Jangles fine orchestra which was performing under a miniature teahouse beside a brook with a quaint old bridge over it .... Jun- iors: Kenna Mook, Dan Szalai, Joy Kesatie, Clar- ence Johnson, led the seniors of the court over this bridge to the throne, a Japanese ricksha on a hill surrounded by cherry trees in blossom .... Judy Dickson and Larry Simpson were crowned by Jun- ior Class President Susan Parkomaki after which Judy Hunt, escorted by Victor Moisio, sang My Best to You . . . Then the King and Queen with their court: Larry Beers, Aris Anderson, Dale Webb, Barbara Hale reigned over the final dance ending a perfect prom evening.
