The greatest baseball team rn all Rowe histor y yyas vsell filled with Junior athletes this team battled its way to the semi finals rn state com petition rating third place in the entire state But baseball had to take a back seat for a while in the spring as Mrs Lynch began tearing her hair be cause of the slow start ot the Prom Committees This one night was without a doubt our one great est achievement this was the Junior Senior Profn Our theme was Under tne Sea blue vtas the main color and the throne was an open clam shell The rumor class owes many thanks to two very patient teachers Mr Raymond Dawson and Mrs Evelyn Lynch not only for their teaching but also for tneir guidance and friendship In our senior year under the able direction of Mrs Kitchen we collected Dl0f1lS from the con cessions at home basketball games to help make possible our senior class trip To guide us through our senior year we elected as president for the third time Bill Woodworth Vice President Drck Hill Secretary Connie Longaker who skillfully recorded the class business into minutes and Treasurer Jack Oakes We were well represented on all of the teams with Dick Hill Buck Smith Bill Vtoodvyorth Rich Ring Jack Oakes and Boo Wrl lrams pl Hlllg varsity basketball and Dick Bill Buck and Bob and Jack playing baseball Jerry Hall and Len Drasio held then positions on the tional Honor Society Xnd seniors burn., rndutttd o s t rr an nnprtssly tin L ll s rr 1 r lhrtc bfelllfl s yyho were Liosen in then Junior yen yyere Bob Vkirirrns Lonne Longrl-ter and Pit Robinson Those seniors participating in the one-act plays The Valiant and This Night Shall Pass were, Connie Longaker. Jerry Hall, and Harold Best. The one act play No Greater Love, was chosen as the contest play.
