DEDICATIDN These things we shall remember, for we shall remember him. He started us on our collegiate iourney into science. Arousing our interest because of his own, willing and generous with his time, he encouraged us to learn for the sake of learning. His friendly interest in us led to his election as one of our Class Advisers, a position he has will- ingly held for our four year's at GSC. We have found in him not only a support in our undertakings, but a participant in our activities. We shall remember him because of the college spirit he possesses, subtly showing us how to be a part of and not apart from col- lege life. In the warmth of the auditorium, or in the coldness of the night, with a cheerful grin and good humor, he led us in holiday singing. Long shall we recall the sound of an accordion, the post class dis- cussions, the illuminating field trips. He has been our instructor, friend, adviser. These things we shall remember, for we shall remember him. DFI. V. EUGENE VIVIAN Our Dedication I 9 5 9

FACULTY AUTUMN SENIORS FDREVVDRD This is our final say. . . Slowly yes, but quickly too, have we witnessed the passage of time. Each one of us beckoned by a different hand found his way to Glassboro. Neophytes all were we, but time, time in its wise old way taught us many things. Our experiences were abundant and each one of us grew to his own measure. But time moved on . . . We returned, again, and once again, sustained by our growth, but eager for more learning. Time has overtaken us, our four years are over. Perhaps time present and time past will be realized in time future. Then more growth, more experiences and, always, time. TABLE DF CONTENTS WINTER ..... SPRING ..... -33 -59 B 3 ID7

Someone has truly said that service to others is the rent we pay for the space we occupy on earth. Such sayings apply to a college in the some way in which they apply to indi- viduals. For four years, season after sea- son, Glassboro State College has served you, with all the wisdom and resources at its disposal. How well it has served you will be iudged, specifically, by the quality and quantity of service you ren- der to others. This is a severe test for any institution. But it is a test which can- not be avoided. The College is tested every time you, as its graduates, are tested. For that reason the destinies of College and Alumni are forever, inex- tricably, and indisoluably intertwined. Yours has been a good class. You have paid your rent through your contribu- tions to a growing Glassboro. We are confident that the world you are entering will also find you contributing mem- bers, intent on building, improving, and serving. r. .7A0ma:i kogirwon
