We, who have gath- ered from all over the state to become integral parts of this school, have come to know its creator well. On entering, we experienced a feeling of deep respect tor him as the execu- tive, hut soon there came evidences of his great kindness which invited our friendship. As the years passed and we saw his infinite capacity for work as well as his whole- hearted devotion to the teaching profession, our respect grew into deep admiration and our friendliness into sympathy of purpose.
