FRONT ROW; Mr. Walker, Advisor; BobLundeen, John Rylander. SECOND ROW: Ann McMaster, Sharon Royer, Dixie Krantz, Ann Robbins, Don Eiker. THIRD ROW; Jerold Clark, Janice Aden, Norman Carlson, Kate Brown, Dick Holmes. PRESIDING--Max Wisgerhof, President. HoU(L Studwt toiMjl The school year 1959-60 has been a year of many accomplishments for the ROVA Student Council. Formost among things promoted was the passing and ratification of the new constitution replacing the old constitution which was considered out of date. An important part of the constitution will be the new extra-curricular “point system” which will limit the number of offices a student may hold in one academic year. Other functions of the student council in the past year included their yearly duty of sponsoring and controlling the annual Homecoming celebration, promoting the Christmas Dance, and extending hospitality to visiting athletic teams which compete at ROVA. The Student Council can justly feel that they have had a year abounding in important service administration. 18
