MARJORIE METCALFE We, the Rodeo Staff of 1967, dedicate this annual to Mrs. Marjorie Metcalfe. Throughout our junior high and high school years, Mrs. Metcalfe has guided us and shaped our lives. Though her in- fluence may not be evident now, we will remember her and thank her in later years. Until then, all we can say is THANK YOU, THANK YOU! 2 IN MEMORIAM IN MEMORY OF STERLING THOMAS Time takes them home that we loved, fair names and famous, To the soft long sleep, to the broad sweet bosom of death; But the flower of their souls he shall take not away to shame us, Nor the lips lack song forever that now lack breath. For with us shall the music and perfume that die not dwell, Though the dead to our dead bid welcome, and we farewell. 3 CAN D IDS 5 CAN D IDS 6 8 saiaMVD 6 SOIOMVD FRESHMAN INITIATION 10 Senior Supervisors? Homecoming Queen Martha Carlson was attended by Carol Adams, Jr. candidate; Roxanne Thayer, Soph, candidate; and Glenda Graves, Frosh. candidate. Winning float, entitled Wipe Out , was entered by the Soph, class. The highlight of the evening was when the Panthers tromped the Columbus Courgers 24 to 7. 13 DATA DATE DANCE The Data Date Dance, which was held in December of 1966, was a rousing success. In order to at- tend the dance, each person had to fill out a questionaire which was processed by an I.B.M. com- puter. At the dance all of the stu- dents waited anxiously for their ideal date. When the couples were matched signs of disillusionment, joy, embarrassment, and frustra- tion appeared on the faces of the students. The Data Date Dance proved, above all, that Roundup students are courageous. The Dictions Mr. Wulff The perfect matches? 14 FALL ACTIVITIES Carolyn Staunton designed school flag. Our first two years contained few accomplish- ments, but much meditation was used to come up with our Junior year with the winning Homecoming float, a record-breaking maga- zine drive, and a prom that was comparatively different from those of previous years. Our Senior year was filled with relaxation and unequaled joy as we neared the end of the long road. Here’s to the best class that ever stalked through the halls of RHS. 48 JUNIORS Patty Abbey Carol Adams Darrel Adolph Christine Bartow Janie Bliss Barb Bowers Dave Brewer Duane Brewer Debbie Britt Gordon Buck Marilee Carlson John Daugherty Alan Dawson Lynda Dodds Tim Dunn Luba Fanyak Susan Fletcher Brian Fogerty Bill Gecho Mary Gilbert 50 Karen Goehring Mike Goffena Kenny Golob Sharon Graham George Greimsman Beatrice Griffith Mary Hagstrom Marilyn Harmon Cathy Harper Connie Hofmann Monty Hudson Shir lee Hunt John Iverson Don Janich Janeth Kennedy Peggy Kombol Doreen Kowalski Joe Kowalski Ann Liggett Steve Lutton 51 Linda Majerus Dick Mihalovich Jim Pfister Dosie Picchioni Steve Racki Jim Raths Bud Ray Dale Ritteriodt Conrad Robertson LaDonna Rose Robbie Samuels Laury Sealey Alan Simondi Bette Smith Steve Stephenson BUI Wacker Dolly Wade Cyn Waller Mike Waltz Jack Zimmerman 52 SOPHOMORES Janice Adolph Jeanne Adolph Harriet Agrc Wenda Albright Kenneth Anderson Gailene Atwood Edna May Bliss David Charlton Roy Cooper Richard Feiock Robert Feiock Bill Funk Cathy Gavin Jacquie Glenney Cecelia Goffena Mary Jane Goffena Susan Hanley Thomas Hazelton Peggy Hoiland Dale Horst Jane Jahnke Elaine Janich Deborah Jeffery Algie Knutson Anthony Kombol Janie Kowalski Keith Kuzara Marty Larsen John Larson Elton Lee 54 Gwen Mattfield Jack Matthews Diana McCleary Richard McCleary Dorothy McConnell Stephen Metcalfe Phyllis Nason Peggy O'Brist Terry Olson Todd Pertile John Pfister Rosalie Reiner Ronald Riddell Mary Jane Robbins Art Robert James Rogers Nancy Ross Ronald Saunders Bernhard Schroeder Scot Seitz Nancy Sherwood Sherry Simon Tim Sine Sharon Smith Jeannette Stevens Roxanne Thayer Gordon Tragitt Steven Tucker Thomas Tully Kathy Vicars 55 56 FRESHMEN Kay Abbey Gloria Adolph Joyce Adolph Carla Alt Ronny Anderson Diane Atwood Debra Bartow Mike Beadle Larry Bellew Ronny Bellew Diane Bianchi Beverly Bilyeu Lonnie Bird Candace Blazina William Britt Carolyn Carpenter James Cooper Linda Corgiat Donna Fawcett Kathy Ferguson Mary Fink Patti Fletcher Marvin French Martha Gavin Karen Gebhardt James Gilbert Joey Gilbert Wayne Gildroy Barbara Goffena Deborah Goffena 58 Diane Goffena Gary Goffena Diane Golob Mike Graham Ben Graves Glenda Graves Marilyn Greimsman Thomas Hagstrom Annette Hague Pamela Harper Vincent Hazelton George Hledik Mike Hledik Kim Hofmann Jim Jens Dennis Johnson Bonnie Keosky Jerry Knight Terry Knight Aretta Kombol Robert Lee Kenneth Lekse Susan Lutton Jessie Lynch Stephen Machler Kevin Mattfield Sharon Matthews Rose Mayo Connie McConnell Sonja Olson 59 Claudia Perkins Ann Pertile Dale Pfister Donald Picchioni Michael Picchioni Georgia Polich Kathi Rae Jane Raths Ronald Reaves Caryn Reighard Linda Rice Earl Rife Michele Robbins Rita Robert Jerry Robertson Kenneth Rose Charles Schaff Gary Schulte Rodney Sherpe Jack Snider Pat Stephenson Sandi Swanson Vicki Tucker Jennifer Tully Dennis Vidic Fred Wacker Lynne Waller Perry Wolt Sandy Yount Roma Zupec 60 CLASS OFFICERS SENIOR CLASS OFFICERS: Bill Snider, President; Dick Raths, Vice-President; Diana Kuzara, Secretary-Treasurer; Jean Bartow and Dave Kinsey, Representatives.
