According to sponsor Carol Clark, the most valuable players were Philip Ram- say, freshman, in track, Lydia Beltran, junior, in bowling, and Tony Garcia, freshman, in basketball. Most improved players were Stuart Ragsdale, junior, in track, Richard Morton, freshman, in basketball, and David Williams, senior, in bowling. Clark also named the most spirited members of the group: Amber Rogers, sophomore, and Kenneth Luton, freshman. Special Olympics is a program design- ed to involve special education students in extracurricular activities. It includes competition in bowling, basketball and track and field events.
