l Six Flags Seniors of '82 break tradition It all began at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, May -g it was the day of the Senior Trip. Seniors of '82 broke a long-standing tradi- in when they made their way to Arlington, :xas and it was not raining. For the past few years, it has rained on a seniors, but it didn't rain on us, and that ide it exciting, said Tommy Causey. From Round Rock, the group made its my to Cameron Park in Waco for a few urs of fun in the sun. From the park, they ide their way to Six Flags over Texas. Keeping the group of 170 under control is a job for sponsors Marcia Hilsabeck, :bbie Chase, Mary Ellen Kiely, Thomas ltin, Jeff Rhodes, Lou Bryan, Marcia yan, and Ron Morrison. Jeff Rhodes commented, i'This group had cellent behavior. They all had a good ie, but kept within common sense idelinesf, 1 xt' all Photo by: James Peters. After a long day of riding rides, Carla Duff, Stephanie Quickall, Diane Green, Tracey Fisher, Teresa Traweek, and Sherry Peterson, take a break. Senior Prom '82 Class of '82 climbs the Stairwa: 'fiiif -omddc. . gi . Before the prom, a group of friends take a ride across the lake to the ever-popular prom spot, Louie's on the Lake, for dinner. Finding a prom dress was a breeze for Charlene Dossey, senior, at the local Bridal Palace. Glittering staircases, blooming colc stars and flowers were all a part of Roi Rock's junior-senior prom, Stairway Heaven. Hard work, dedication, and cooperat were mandatory in the planning of prom. But most important of all was ask some one special to share in the memoi that would last a lifetime. Held at the Marriott Hotel, the 19 junior-senior prom hosted special enterta ment provided by the band, Rabbit. Selling cokes at the Texas football gan' the talent show, and the softball game tween the fighting faculty and the jo' junior class officers were some of the sper activities and fund raisers put on to finai the prom. Responsibility for the '82 prom x shared by students and teachers alike.
