A year to remember: seniors come through in '8 Seniors, you bet! During the 1981- 1982 school year, many seniors had a lot running through their minds. The year was a special, yet awkward one, because friends were separated and were going to be graduating with another class. Though the split was hard, it proved to Round Rock High School they could maintain the spirit and tradi- tions. Football games were exciting, because Dragon pride was alive. Everyone participated in pep rallies and celebrated the work and effort put forth by their companions. The senior class itself was a friend- ly, close and mature one. Quint Card- well, senior class president, ap- preciated the fact that seniors were not submissive and made the year a great one. Not going to a Dude Ranch, was one of the things Jerry Hayes, vice president, liked most This year was the last of what we thought would never end, yet it's only the beginning of memories that will last forever. I Quint Cardwell, senior class president. I about the year. Being on top of the pile, said Cardwell, was one of the enjoyable things about his senior year. Cardwell added, coming into the senior year knowing that underclassmen would be looking up to you was a special feeling. Seniors made sure traditions and senior privileges such as senior parking lot were kept. The senior trip to Six Flags gave the class one last chance to have fun together before graduation. Six Flags was not what most seniors had mind, but the fact that a trip was fered and provided was good enoug Being a part of Round Rock Hi School is special to me. In looki back, the senior class can be pro that they came from a school li Round Rock, commented Cardwel In memory of 1981-1982 seniors tree was planted by the class offic to show appreciation to the . ministration, teachers and friends 1 their support and confidence. Making 1981-82 a success, Senior Class ficers are: lfirst rowl Tracey Nol Parliamentarian and Dana Burcha Secretary, lsecond rowl Quint Cardv President, Jerry Hayes, Vice-President Jamie Garza, Representative, lthird r Jennifer Laymon, Treasurer, Sara Rog and Lisa Lujan, Representatives.
