Honors Honor grads; DAR Award Each year at Graduation Ceremonies, four students are chosen as speakers. Valedictorian and Salutatorian are the students with the top grades in their class. Also chosen to speak from a list of Star Graduates are Class Representative, chosen by the senior class members, and Faculty Representative, chosen by the RHS faculty. A local DAR chapter presents a citizenship award each year to an out¬ standing senior who is selected by the RHS faculty and the senior class. Left. Class Representative - Rob Suggs Below. Honors Star and Honor Graduates for 1973 Star and honor graduates represented the upper ten percent of the Senior Class. These honors were based on the grade averages of the freshman, sophomore, junior years and the first semester of the senior year. Special recognition was given these students at Gradua¬ tion held on Monday, June 4th.
