Boys Sports Phys. ed. classes provide outlets for enthusiasm Boys physical education classes could be described as wild, rough, enthusiastic, and most of all fun. The classes consisted mostly of freshmen, for whom it was required, but a good number of upperclassmen chose P.E. as a class they could ' unwind in after attending the other, more strict courses. The activities consisted of football, basketball, volleyball against the girls ' P.E. classes, soccer, softball, and one of Coach Ben Boulware ' s own creations, speed ball. Above.
