Butt, our genial teacher and friend who headed our commercial department and served as junior class adviser for many years, was unable to resume his teaching responsibilities at the be- ginning of our school year because of illness. We were extremely saddened by his death on October 17, 1963. His students and friends will always be appreciative for his leader- ship, patience, and eagerness to help anyone in any way he could even if it meant money out of his own pocket. I 71 Memorzdm Lawrence Larry,, Colapietro, our belived classmate, was born on September 11, 1946, and was a lifelong resident of Rossford. Larry participated in basketball and baseball and was named the most valuable baseball player at Rossford High in 1963. Larry served as president of the Student Council and as a member of the National Honor Society, Varsity R Club, and the Hi-Y Club. Larry physically departed from us on February 12, 19649 how- ever, we shall forever cherish memories of his contributions to and influences upon our lives. Page 7
