Jim gm wa fum J f As pioneering FRESHMEN, we settled four years ago under the exalted leadership of Anthony Zawojski, and his able crew consisting of Herb Young, vice president, Vince Langevin, secre- tary and treasurer, and john Doren, Sergeant at Arms. We were rather quiet then, but you learn fast here, and as the time went by we came to be .... THE SOPHOMORES of Rosstord High. That year was a huge success as everyone will agree. We were under the unbeatable command of lake Shufritz, and his round table, which held such notables as Herb Young, vice president, and jane Mathis, as sec- retary and treasurer. We had our skating party, the best one ever they said, but they'll be saying that to every class from here on in. Then we were IUNIORS, me oh my! We had a magazine campaign, which came out rather well, because the kids got out and really tried to sell. Our president was Vince Langevin, our vice president, Ray Furry, as secretary, Betty Key, treasurer, Martha Mathis, and reporter, Tom Minarcin, We mustn't forget the Ball you know, the biggest event of the year. You have to pick the time, the place, the way you'll comb your hair. That's all in the past now though. The fun we had that night! Now all we have is the ribbon from the corsage so soft, yet bright .... Now we are SENIORS, yes, it certainly took a long time, but all the memories we have built were worth those last three years. We're not sorry for the things we've done, no, not sorry at all. We're glad, in tact, for the things we've done, and the thought of our jobs well done. Our president was Ray Furry, vice president, Tom Minarcin, Betty Key was our secretary, and jake Shufritz, our treasurer. They were a great cabinet and did what could be done, and l suppose we had our share of tribulations and fun. No, these years won't be forgotten, not for many years, and later on they'll bring us joys and perhaps some happy tears.
