Your muscles flex; your body straightens, slightly swaying back and forth with energy. A drop of salty sweat drips down your face — you ignore it. Your mind races. I can do it — one more time — here goes .. You gather all your strength, your heart hammers against your chest, your biceps bulge as you lift the barbell high above your head and then down to your chest again.
