SECRETARIES KEEP OFFICE GOING The office secretaries are responsible for taking care of the business transactions for the school . . . Secretaries in the administra- tive department are responsible for work directed by the Administra- tion ... Attendance office secretaries keep all attendance records and make daily reports on attendance . . . The textbook and absentee re- corders keep all textbook records and student absentees. The registrar is in charge of all school records . .. She enrolls new students and prepares transcripts of credits for other schools ...
