These years were filled with a never-ending quest for knowledge, supplemented by the many extra- curricular activities that play such an important part in molding our character. Our class was richly endowed with students of high scholastic ability, many of which won scholarships for their excellent record. Much dramatic talent was evident when the class presented the junior class play, Little Women, a difficult costume play not often undertaken by groups of high school calibre. Their second success came with the presentation of the senior class play, The Bishop's Mantle, which contained many difficult char- acter roles. The seniors showed much athletic ability while participating in the various sporting events. The records of the athletic teams being marked with recurring success. Qualities of good leadership characterized the seniors who were active in the many organizations of the school, the Student Council, the Chatter, and the Annual. The class assemblies brought out many of the good qualities and talents contained in the class. Here we are pictured both as we worked and as we had fun. We have tried to illustrate why the Senior Class of '51 is a class that will be remembered in years to come, and will be a group that will be an asset to the community as they apply the things they have learned during their years at Ross. 28 Senior Director QIOHN ALLEN - Basketball I. 2, 3. 4: F.
