Betty Lou envisions them homeless, waifs, and all alone in the world. Wilbur, the shoot-a-mile kid, can't come up with any solution until Dr. Gooch arrives. What the Maxwells don't know is that there are two Dr. Goochs, Gladys and husband. Mr. Maxwell arranges to defend his wife and is carted off to jail--almost.
