With the utmost of sincerity we hope it will be en- ioyed by all of those who scan the pages be- tween its covers. Everyone turned to look at us, the frightened 8th graders. lt was our first year in high school and our leaders for that year were Mr. Dwyer and Mrs. Hogsed. Although we were what you might call the under dogs, we got along pretty good that year. Pattering on to the 9th grade, 4 of our girls and 2 boys made the basketball team. Some of our class mates dropped out that year but there were still a large number of us left. We dragged on through our Sophomore year giving teachers headaches and causing them to wonder--. After a hilarious vacation we came back all set for a busy year only to find several more of our friends had left us for various reasons. Some had landed in the field of matrimony while others had made their footprints in other directions. Many exciting things happened to us during our .lunior year. With the help of Mr. Dwyer, our Junior Play, Headin' Fer the Hills, turned out to be a great success. There was much excite- ment the day we selected our class rings and calling cards. This made us realize we had only one step further to go in our High School Career. Before we finally entered our last year, we hon- ored the T955 Senior Class with the annual ban- quet, which was the Last Round-up before we bade them farewell. Now we were ready to take our last step to- ward getting our diplomas. More students had dropped out leaving only 45. It was the largest graduating class Rosman had ever produced. One of the most exciting moments was when we fin- ally received our class rings. We then set to work for our Senior Trip to Washington. This involved much hard work and time, but it was more than worth it. Under the direction of Mrs. Hogsed, our Sen- ior Play, One For the Money, turned out to be as successful as our Junior Play. Then we were honored with the Junior-Senior banquet this year. It was very nice and meant a great deal to us all. The last and probably the greatest footstep of all was receiving our diplomas. That event is something we'lI never forget in the years and in our footsteps that follow.
