Wrcuford This is the Yearbook of 19-I-7. Ten years ago, the first class of Roslindale High School received diplomas from ltr. Ambrose B. Wvar- ren. Since then, Mr. Warren has watched nine classes leave Roslindale High School, but it is our particular privilege that llr. YYarren is graduating with us. He leaves behind him, how- ever, the flourishing organization which is Roslindale High School: a faculty that has been inspired by his example and by his leadership to teach his ideals of character and his standards of seholarshipg clubs, self-perpetuating, which have given hundreds of boys and girls oppor- tunities to develop their interests and talents in activities outside the classroomg and athletic teams which have' played hard and fairly to bring honor to Roslindale High School. Because, besides all this, Mr. Warren has been understanding and patient and wise in meeting his many responsibilities and in making us worthy of the name of graduates of Roslindale High School, we hope he will think of our Year- book as his Yearbook, and that he will realize. as we do, how much he has done for Roslindale High School and for the Class of 194-7.
