THE CRYSTAL GAZER The little crystal sphere holds all of the future and can tell you what your soul desires to know. I have been asked to search in to its magic depths to discover the future, that waits the members of the class of '57, Iam about to read the crystal, so if you will join me in concentrating upon the future, I promise you the information you desire. The tnist is clearing. It is 1967 in a little town, where school bells ring merrily on a May morning. As the children hurry in they greet their smiling teacher. lt is MARIE BUNCZAK. Emptying the wastebaskets is the janitor, JIM BUDSBERG. , The scene moves to a street down town. I see an Eat and Be Merry shop where the owner, RICHARD WANTA is tal.king to three customers, WAYNE COLRUD, KURT KNOPP, and DAVE SCHULIST are informing him of their recent return from the Foreign Legion, after receiving their disorderly conduct discharge. Now here's a familar scene. We are on Main Street in Stevens Point. Through the haze we see JON DEPKA filling prescriptions in his drug store. THELMA HANSON is his assistant. The mists blot out the scene, and when they clear away, we are in Washington D.C. Here we seeKENNETHMYHRAwashingwindows atthe White House. He is being assisted by J EANETTE DOMASK who carries his ladders, The scene shifts to the laboratory of a tooth paste factory. DEANNA PAULSON, the president, and VIRGINLA HOPPA are mixing black rubberized tooth paste, which will come out in the Spring of 67. The clouds lift again, We are now at Madison Square Garden, where the world's champion lady wrestlers are having a match, In the ring we see ANGIE KAMINSKI and ADELJNE OSTROW- SKI with the referee, TONY YENTER. And now I see the Braves Stadium in Milwaukee. The crowd cheers as the umpire, JOHN LASKA announces the new short-stop, JIM SHEMANSKI. More clouds and mist. Gazing through them I see a Hogan David Wine Co. in New Jersey. The chief wine taster, JOHN STANKE is busy testing samples. Again the mists close down. When they rise we are in an office in downtown Los Angeles. On the door is a sign Old Maids Society. The President, LORRAINE YENTER is talking to her assistant ALICE RICHTER, Across the hall is the office of the Bachelors Society. DENNIS BERNA is looking over his list of members. The scene changes. We now see DEANNA KOSOBUCKI inher Elvis Presley record shop, happily listening to his latest recordings. The scene becomes noisy. It is a telephone office and the head operator is MARY JANE KOZIKOWSKI. I knew her as soon as she said, Line's busy. And now I see an Curley Wurley shop in Milwaukee. PAT KULAS a.nd LEORE KNOPP are busy practicing on PAT STANISLAWSKI. More clouds and mist. When they clear lsee a filled courtroom in Madison. The judge ROBERT SCHRADER raps his gavel, and the celebrated lawyer, PAT ROGOSKI takes the stand. She presents the case against MARIAN KAMINSKI for getting married without first getting a hunting license. And now I see a young lady shopping in Milwaukee. She is buying Gerbers baby food for her set of twins called Huey and Duey. She is the former LEONA KIZEWSKI. And now the scene grows strange, It is a studio in Hollywood. The actor picks up his script and reads the title, We'll Get There Yet. It is the famous star, RALPH RUTKOWSKI. Ihear a tinkling guitar and see PATDULAK who plays the background music in the movie. Again the mists close down. When they rise it is five o' clock in the morning. A farmer picks up his milk pail and heads for the barn. He is AMBROSE FLEES. The scene changes to a counseling center in New York. Here I see the former BETTY LORBIECKI and her husband, Tony, conducting a class on How to Have a Successful Marriage. Again the scene changes. Through the haze we see a girl in a black leather jacket and blue jeans consulting with Mr. Hanna at Rosholt I-IighSchoo1, She tells him, I haven't decided yet what I'm going to be. The girl is NANCY GILBERTSON. Now I see the sun setting in the distance. The light fades gradually. A purple haze covers everything. The crystal clouds and I can see no more.
