CLASS HISTORY In the month of August, 1953, forty-six green Freshmen entered the doors of Rosholt High School. After being initiated and actually becoming part of the school, with bright faces we were eager and enthusiastic to do things which would bring a good name to our class and school. Our Freshman advisors were Miss Clark and Mr. Kuzminski. Rep- resenting us that year on the Student Council were Georgie Spare and Ralph Rutkowski Ronald Brevick and Elizabeth Acken left us in the first semester. Our class officers were: President . . . .... Ion Depka Vice-President . . ..... Pat R0S0Ski Secretary . . . . . Deanna Paulson Treasurer . . . . . . Wayne C011'L1Cl Feeling more secure and confident we began our Sophomore year. Our enrollment this year dropped to forty-five as Stanley I-Iintz, Georgia Spare, Wallace Kuklinski, Eugene Kulas, and Ralph Lorbiecki did not return. Virginia Hoppa, Richard Wanta, Pat Dulak, August Stanislawski, Douglas Hartlaben and Rose Catozzi joined us. Our Student Council Representatives were Thelma Hanson and Kurt Knopp, and our advisors were Miss Buss and Mr, Kline. Our class officers that year were: President . . . ....... Pat Rogoski Vice-President . . .... Pat Stanislawski Secretary . . . . . . David Schulist Treasurer ......... . . . . Jon Depka In our Junior year, Norbert Ostrowski, George Dziedzic, Mary Ann Wierzba, Chester I-lintz, Agnes Stanislawski, and August Stanislawski left us. .T ohn Brezinski, John Stanke, Jimmy Shemanski, and Pat Kulas joined us, which brought the enrollment to forty-one. This was a big year for us -- the year of our J'unior Prom and our class rings, We chose Poor People of Paris, as our theme for the J'unior-Senior Prom. Ralph Rutkowski and Pat Rogoski reigned as King and Queen. Betty Lorbiecki and David Schulist represented us on the Student Council, and Mrs. Dobbe and Mr. Oestreich were our advisors. Our class officers were: President . , , . . . Wayne Colrud Vice-President , ,.,, . Kurt Knopp Secretary . . . . . . Leona Kizewski Treasurer . . ..... Pat Dulak Much older and wiser, we entered R.H,S, in the fall of 1956 for the last lap. John Brezinski, Anthony Myska, Rodger Wrycza, Marion Gulden, Rose Catozzi and Mar- gueritte Wedde left us. Our class demonstrated its dramatic ability in the production of Love Is in the Air, which was directed by Mr. Wagner. Mr. Hanna was the Senior Class Advisor. Our class officers were: President . . . .. . . .Leona Kizewski Vice-President . . . . . .Anthony Yenter Secretary . . . . . .... Deanna Kosobucki Treasurer . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Lorraine Yenter , Our Baccalaureate Services wereheld on May 19 and Commencement Exercices were May 23. We were the twenty-ninth class to be graduated from the Rosholt High School. No matter what the future holds for us: whether it be further schooling, working in the labor field, or serving Uncle Sam: we, the Class of 1957, will always remember those days at Rosholt High School.
